Dr. Matthew Sehring is a pulmonary and critical care physician, Certified Physician Executive, and healthcare leader with experience in clinical operations, physician alignment, quality improvement, and service line strategy across regional healthcare settings.
He has served in multiple medical staff and operational leadership roles, including Managing Medical Director, Medical Staff President, and Chair of Medical Staff Quality and Safety. His work has focused on improving access, reducing avoidable readmissions, strengthening physician-operational partnerships, and building practical systems that support clinicians, operators, and executive teams.
At SummitPoint Clinical Strategies, Dr. Sehring brings a clinician-led, operations-focused perspective to helping healthcare organizations solve complex challenges. His approach emphasizes practical execution, accountable leadership, data-informed decision-making, and solutions that work in real clinical environments.
His areas of focus include physician alignment, clinical operations redesign, service line development, quality and safety improvement, rural healthcare strategy, and executive-level clinical leadership. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Sehring values time with his wife and four children.

Jessica Rogers is a healthcare operations and nursing leader with experience in clinical management, practice operations, informatics, and team leadership. She has worked across hospital systems and specialty clinics. Additionally, she brings more than a decade of healthcare experience. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
Throughout her career, Jessica has led multidisciplinary clinic operations, workforce management, and process improvement initiatives. She has also supported day-to-day clinical operations across multiple specialties and locations. In addition, her background includes nursing leadership, clinical informatics, physician practice management, EMR optimization, staff development, and workflow design.
At SummitPoint Clinical Strategies, Jessica brings an operations-focused perspective grounded in frontline healthcare experience. Furthermore, she emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, accountability, and sustainable solutions that support both care teams and organizational goals.
Her areas of focus include ambulatory operations, clinical workflow optimization, practice management, leadership development, patient experience improvement, healthcare technology integration, and operational strategy. Outside of her professional work, Jessica values time with her husband and son, and enjoys reading, crafting, and supporting her local community.
